In Memoriam: Vic was the co-leader of the South Bay support group, co-moderator of the Celiac Bay Area Yahoo Group and co-moderator of the NorCal Gluten-Free Alliance Facebook group. He was a retired marketing manager and product developer and worked in credit card-debit card payments for many years. When he was not writing articles for our website and assisting with marketing, he volunteered his time teaching science to kids in a program that focuses on under-performing schools. He passed away February 2, 2020.

She teaches public and private cooking classes and helps individuals and families manage meal planning. With training from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, as well as gluten-free experience with her own family, she has adapted her technical cooking knowledge to teach others how to prepare healthy, easy and delicious food.
